Tigerpaw to QuickBooks Detailed AR Link The Tigerpaw to QuickBooks Accounts Receivable Link works well as written. However, some companies require more detail in their QuickBooks than is provided by the standard link. By adding an alternative link program inside the Tigerpaw database, the Detailed AR Link offered by WTS provides the standard information, and adds the following details:

Invoice Header:

• Bill-To Name and Address (from the Service Order)
• Ship-To Name and Address (From the Service Order)
• Purchase Order Number and Invoice Terms (from the Service Order)
• Invoice Number referenced on Credit Memos
• Reference Number from Service Order to QuickBooks Memo

Invoice Line:

• Item number and Description
• Quantity Invoiced
• Unit Price Price Extension
• Item Category to QuickBooks Class

This allows the Collections personnel to work with the QuickBooks invoice only, and not require their going into Tigerpaw to see the invoice details.

In addition, by utilizing a little used field in the Bill-to address area of the Service Order, an invoice can be diverted to a third party billing company, so that the Receivables are assigned to the correct AR customer.
